Direct Marketplace Limited is the data controller for the personal information you submit on this website.

This website is operated by Media Track Ltd (company number 16249153, ICO registration ZB963026), of 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF, on behalf of BuyAssociation (Direct Marketplace Limited). Media Track Ltd hosts this page and processes your information as a data processor, acting on the instructions of the data controller.

2. What information we collect

When you submit the brochure form we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number and postcode, and your consent. We also collect limited technical information about your enquiry, including the date and time of your submission, a unique reference for your enquiry, and the advertising campaign that brought you to this page.

3. How we use your information

We process your information on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. We use your information to: send you the Peelers Yard brochure; contact you by phone or email about Peelers Yard; deliver your enquiry to BuyAssociation so they can respond; and, as set out on the form, allow BuyAssociation to contact you about its other products and services. We do not sell your information or share it with any other advertiser.

4. Who we share your information with

Media Track Ltd uses trusted service providers (sub-processors), including AWS, Vercel, Supabase and Resend, to provide hosting, database, communication and related technology services.

5. Where your data is stored

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK (for example, where a service provider processes limited data in the United States), appropriate safeguards are used, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (UK IDTA).

6. How long we keep your information

Media Track keeps your information for up to 24 months from submission, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Once your enquiry has been delivered to BuyAssociation, their privacy policy sets out how long they keep it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time: by emailing privacy@mediatrack.ai, by telling us during any call, or by using the unsubscribe link in any email. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that took place before you withdrew it.

We also use our own first-party measurement (page views, scroll depth, time on page and progress through the form) solely to improve these pages; it stays on our infrastructure and is never shared with any third party.

13. Marketing contact and opting out

BuyAssociation may contact you about other property investment opportunities and its other products and services. You can opt out at any time, and opting out will not stop you receiving the Peelers Yard brochure you asked for. To opt out:
